The quote by George Canning speaks volumes. It is important to remember and pay tribute to events long past and to never waiver in our gratitude.
Today is Veterans Day and everyone at the Jan Fence family would like to take a moment to pay our respect to those brave men and women who have risked their lives in the past, and sadly, the present to preserve everything that we sometimes take for granted.
We may sometimes forget how privileged we are to have the freedoms and birth rights that we are granted simply by being born American. It is important that today, Veterans Day, we truly acknowledge the hardships our Veterans went through to obtain our freedom as well as the hardships soldiers endure to preserve them.
